Anchor up. Every round both boats pick a new distance from shore: 50, 100, 200 or 300 feet. Your opponent never sees where you moved.
Cast. Hit CAST (or space) and a marker sweeps left to right along the distance scale — 50, 100, 200, 300 ft. Hit STOP at the range you think they are sitting at; the dynamite lands exactly where the marker stopped.
Hit window. A hit only counts if the dynamite lands within your target boat's length — big pontoons are far easier to clip than little ones.
Beer-can defense. They take four seconds to wind up, then the dynamite flies at you. Chuck a beer can (click or space) while the lure is inside the red strike zone and the dynamite always detonates mid-air, well clear of your deck. Throw early or late and you just waste a beer.
Splash talk. After every cast you're told how far short or long you were — but they will have moved by the time you cast again.
Three hits sinks a pontoon. Every hit leaves craters, holes and smoke, and the boat rides lower — so you can see who is winning from across the lake.
Sound. Country on the boat radio and two old guys running their mouths after every cast. Flip songs with Radio or kill the whole thing with Sound: on/off at the bottom.
